If you've taken charge of planning your dream wedding but want to relax and enjoy your big day, the Day-Of Coordination service is perfect for you. I am here to step in, take care of all the final details, and manage the logistics, leaving you free to savor the moments before you walk down the aisle." Level 1 Pricing 2025: Starting at $800 2026: Starting at $800 Wedding Day Management Timeline: 4 Weeks out Package includes: • (2) meetings (one initial and one final) • Management of decor and necessary items • Detailed day-of timeline/schedule • Ensure all vendors are accounted for/Maintain Timeline • Set up of ceremony, cocktail, and reception • Coordination & collaboration with venue staff • (1) Event Coordinator • Oversight of the event until dancing or 9pm Level 2 Pricing 2025: Starting at $1,000 2026: Starting at $1,000 Package: 4-6 Weeks out Wedding Management includes: • (2) meetings (one initial and one final) • Management of decor and necessary items • Detailed day-of timeline/schedule • Ensure all vendors are accounted for/Maintain Timeline • Set up of ceremony, cocktail, and reception • Coordination & collaboration with venue staff • (1) Event Assistant (More if needed) • Oversight of the event until dancing or 9pm • Ceremony Rehearsal Walk through with lead coordinator or assistant coordinator • Review of all design logistics for both ceremony and reception space • Finalization of details with all vendors (including venue) Level 3 Pricing 2025: Starting at $1,200 2026: Starting at $1,200 Package: 4-8 Weeks out Wedding Management includes: • (2) meetings (one initial and one final) • Management of decor and necessary items • Detailed day-of timeline/schedule • Ensure all vendors are accounted for/Maintain Timeline • Set up of ceremony, cocktail, and reception • Coordination & collaboration with venue staff • (1) Event Assistant (More if needed) • Ceremony Rehearsal Walk through with lead coordinator or assistant coordinator • Review of all design logistics for both ceremony and reception space • Finalization of details with all vendors (including venue) • If needed tear down of ceremony, cocktail, and reception • Oversight of the event until dancing, 9pm, or end of event
